Product Review:
From a beautifully preserved collection. Writing on sleeve. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

Four tracks drawn from the 1949--50 Birth of the Cool sessions, produced by Pete Rugolo and originally released on 78s. This 1954 Capitol EP (EAP 1-459) collects "Jeru," "Moon Dreams," "Venus De Milo," and "Deception" -- Gil Evans and Gerry Mulligan arrangements featuring a nonet that shaped the cool jazz direction of the 1950s. A label variation pressing with differing matrix numbers from the original.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
