In A Silent Way is Miles Davis's 1969 Columbia recording, capturing the studio session of February 18, 1969 with a cast including Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Wayne Shorter, and John McLaughlin. Produced by Teo Macero, the album runs as two extended pieces across its two sides. This is the 2002 Legacy reissue, remastered in 24-bit super bit mapping at Sony Music Studios, New York, and manufactured in Austria.
