Quiet Nights is a 1963 Miles Davis and Gil Evans collaboration on Columbia, their fourth together, built around bossa nova and ballads. This 1997 Legacy remaster adds the previously unreleased 12-minute "The Time of the Barracudas" as a bonus track -- recorded October 1963 in Hollywood -- bringing the session closer to completion than the original LP. Produced by Teo Macero, remastered at 20-bit.
