Product Review:
ECM Records CD. Miroslav Vitous leads a superb ensemble on this shimmering, orchestral ECM recording. Essential European jazz from one of the great bassists.

Universal Syncopations is a 2003 album by Czech bassist Miroslav Vitous, recorded at Rainbow Studios, Oslo and released on ECM. Co-produced with Manfred Eicher, it features Jack DeJohnette and Jan Garbarek, both of whom contribute compositions. Vitous -- a founding member of Weather Report -- leads the session through originals and group pieces, including the 10-minute "Univoyage" and the blues-rooted "Tramp Blues."

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
