Folk Singer is a 1963 Chess Records album by Muddy Waters, recorded at Ter Mar Studios in September 1961 with Willie Dixon on bass and production. An intimate acoustic set, it strips back Waters' Delta blues to voice and guitar. This is the 2002 Classic Records repress on 200g Quiex SV-P vinyl, licensed from Universal Music Special Markets.
