Product Review:
UK Original in top shape.

Cracked Spanner Head is a 1969 UK release from Chicago blues pianist Otis Spann on Deram (DML 1036), drawing on sessions recorded in 1964 with overdubs added for this release. A mono pressing on brown/white Deram labels, it features original compositions by Spann alongside material from Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup. Spann was the long-standing pianist with Muddy Waters' band and one of the great Chicago blues keymen.

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
