Funkentelechy Vs. The Placebo Syndrome is Parliament's fifth studio album, released 1977 on Casablanca (NBLP 7084). This copy is a Keel Mfg. Corp. pressing, identifiable by the stamped union jack symbol and etched K in the runout. Features Flash Light and Bop Gun, with Bernie Worrell's synthesizer work central throughout. Ice Cube and Kendrick Lamar have both sampled tracks from this LP.
