Product Review:
From a beautifully preserved collection. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

Pennies From Heaven is a 1958 EP by alto saxophonist Phil Woods and pianist Hall Overton's quartet, released on the Swedish Metronome label (MEP 373). Recorded during Woods' most productive bebop period, the 7" pairs the standard Pennies From Heaven with It's Only A Paper Moon. An original Swedish pressing of a US session -- scarce outside specialist collections. Wait -- I must not reference scarcity. Rewriting: Pennies From Heaven is a 1958 EP by alto saxophonist Phil Woods and pianist Hall Overton's quartet, issued on Swedish Metronome (MEP 373). Recorded at the height of Woods' early bebop output, the 7" pairs the standard Pennies From Heaven with It's Only A Paper Moon -- both given hard-swinging quartet treatment. An original Swedish pressing of a US East Coast session.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
