Rafael Cameron's "Funtown U.S.A." arrived on Salsoul in 1981, produced by Randy Muller -- the Brooklyn musician behind Brass Construction and BLACKbyrds. This US promo 12" carries the same track on both sides (catalogue SG 349 DJ), a late-disco funk cut with Muller's signature horn-driven arrangements. Salsoul originals from this era are harder to find in strong condition; this one grades VG+.
