Ramsey Lewis recorded "The In Crowd" live at the Bohemian Caverns in Washington DC, and it became a surprise hit, reaching number five on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1965. This is a 1972 UK Chess reissue of that single, backed with his cover of the Sam & Dave classic "Soul Man."
