Richard 'Dimples' Fields scored a US R&B hit with "I've Got To Learn To Say No!" in 1981 on Boardwalk Records. This is the UK 12" single, licensed to Epic/CBS and pressed in England. The B-side "She's Got Papers On Me" runs over six minutes and became the bigger draw for DJs. Both sides were co-written and co-produced by Fields and Belinda Wilson for DRK Productions.
