Product Review:
Nice copy

Four-track sampler pressed to promote the Tappan Zee roster in 1979, pulling cuts from Richard Tee's Strokin', Wilbert Longmire's Sunny Side Up, Bob James's Touchdown, and Mongo Santamaria's Red Hot. Mongo's take on Herbie Hancock's Watermelon Man is the standout, running over eight minutes. Bob James produced the imprint, with Jay Chattaway co-producing across releases. UK pressing on CBS/Tappan Zee.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
