A bass-led session featuring Billy Cobham on drums, it moves between originals and standards -- Monk's Epistrophy and the Tin Pan Alley ballad Willow Weep For Me alongside Carter's own compositions. Produced by Creed Taylor. This is the original US pressing with etched runouts and Van Gelder stamp.
