Ruby Turner's 1988 LP on Jive brings ten Motown covers to a soul-jazz setting, recorded with full orchestration and production by John Mugabi. The Birmingham-born singer tackles Holland-Dozier-Holland and Smokey Robinson material including "The Tracks Of My Tears", "Nowhere To Run", and "Until You Come Back To Me", the latter a Motown-era Aretha Franklin hit written by Alfred Cleveland.
