Sharon Redd's "Can You Handle It" was released on Prelude Records in 1980, produced by Willie Lester and Rodney Brown. This is the 1981 UK Epic pressing. A club favourite from New York's post-disco scene, driven by punchy synths and Redd's powerful vocal delivery. The B-side, "Leaving You Is Easier Said Than Done," adds a smoother soul edge to the package.
