Sheila Hylton's 1979 lovers rock cut of "Breakfast In Bed" -- originally written by Eddie Hinton and Donnie Fritts, not Carole King as the label erroneously credits. Produced by Harry J, this UK Ballistic 12" predates UB40's better-known 1988 version by nearly a decade. The B-side "Disco Reggae Beat" runs over seven minutes. This pressing carries the correct artist name spelling on the Side A label.
