From a beautifully preserved collection. Edgewear. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. Sleeve tear (minor). A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

Recorded live at the Olympia, Paris on 8 December 1954, this UK Vogue EP captures Sidney Bechet and Claude Luter's orchestra at full stretch. Two tracks tied to French film soundtracks -- "Montmartre Boogie Woogie" from Série Noire and "Halle Hallelujah" from Blues. A 45 RPM snapshot of Bechet in his Paris years, where he had settled permanently in 1951.
