Sly & Robbie's 1985 twelve-inch on Island, produced by Bill Laswell and Material, with writing credits shared between the duo, Afrika Bambaataa, and Bernie Worrell. Both sides were lifted from the soundtrack to the film Good To Go. The A-side runs nearly seven minutes of dub-inflected funk; the flip extends the groove as "Move A Little More."
