How High The Moon is a 1998 GRP/Chess compilation drawing from three Sonny Stitt albums recorded for Argo and Cadet between 1958 and 1965. The thirteen tracks span bop and bossa nova, pulling from Burnin' (1958), My Main Man (1964), and Inter-Action (1965). Highlights include a sharp reading of "Koko" and the bossa-inflected cuts from the Cadet session.
