Sonny Stitt's 1959 EP on HMV (7EG 8532), recorded with arrangements by West Coast composer Jimmy Giuffre. Four tracks including a cool-toned reading of "Singin' In The Rain" and the Giuffre original "Giuff." A rare UK pressing of a session that pairs Stitt's alto and tenor work with Giuffre's characteristically open, understated writing.
