Product Review:
Sonny Terry's Sonny Is King — exuberant solo harmonica blues from a Piedmont great.

Sonny Terry's Sonny Is King was originally released on Prestige's Bluesville imprint, recorded across two New York-area sessions in 1960 and 1962, produced by Kenneth S. Goldstein. This 1992 European CD reissue on Original Blues Classics was remastered at Fantasy Studios in 1990. Terry's harmonica playing anchors tracks like "Bad Luck" and "Blues From The Bottom," with distribution handled by Ace Records in the UK.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
