The Girl From Ipanema is a 1964 UK Verve single (VS 520) from the Getz/Gilberto album sessions, produced by Creed Taylor. Astrud Gilberto's vocal on the A-side won the 1965 Grammy for Record of the Year. The B-side pairs it with a bossa nova reading of Dylan's Blowin' In The Wind. A UK pressing of one of the most-covered songs in recorded music.
