Hustlin' is a 1964 soul-jazz session by tenor saxophonist Stanley Turrentine, recorded at Van Gelder Studio and originally issued as Blue Note BLP 4162. This 2002 EU remaster was transferred from analogue tape at 24-bit resolution, produced for reissue by Michael Cuscuna. Alfred Lion produced the original date. Six tracks including "The Hustler" and "Love Letters" showcase Turrentine's warm, bluesy tone at its most direct.
