Stargard were a Los Angeles trio who appeared in the 1977 Stax-affiliated comedy film Which Way Is Up alongside Richard Pryor. This 1978 UK 12" on MCA pairs the breezy "Love Is So Easy" with the full seven-minute extended version of the film's theme, both produced and arranged by Mark Davis. The B-side runtime makes this a more complete version than the standard 7".
