Steel Pulse's debut 12" single, released on Tempus Records in 1977 before the Birmingham group signed to Island. Produced by Blackbeard (Dennis Bovell), "Bun Dem" is an early showcase of the roots sound they'd develop on Handsworth Revolution. The B-side "Nyah Luv" sits in classic lovers rock territory. Original UK pressing on Tempus (TEMD 10).
