Product Review:
From the Maxi Jazz Collection. Light surface marks; does not affect play; MJ initials on label; BPM sticker on sleeve; still in shrink wrap. Stetsasonic's 1988 LP - historically important hip-hop band format.

Stetsasonic's 1986 debut LP on Tommy Boy, recorded across Calliope, Tommy Boy, and Platinum Island studios in NYC and mastered by Herb Powers Jr. at Frankford-Wayne. The Brooklyn crew -- Daddy-O, Delite, Frukwan, Prince Paul, Wise, and DBC -- brought live instrumentation into hip-hop at a point when drum machines dominated. "Go Stetsa I" became their calling card.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
