Hotter Than July is Stevie Wonder's twentieth studio album, originally released on Tamla in September 1980. Recorded at Wonderland Studios in Los Angeles, it includes "Master Blaster (Jammin')", a reggae-inflected tribute to Bob Marley, the Motown crossover hit "I Ain't Gonna Stand For It", and "Happy Birthday", written as a campaign song for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This is a European Motown CD reissue.
