"Stix" Hooper was the drummer and co-founder of The Crusaders, and Touch The Feeling is his 1982 solo debut on MCA Records. Produced alongside fellow Crusaders Joe Sample and Wilton Felder, it blends soul-jazz and funk across six tracks, with the eight-minute "I Touched A Dream" as the centrepiece. An original US pressing on MCA-5374.
