Wackie's was a Brooklyn-based roots reggae label run by Lloyd "Bullwackie" Barnes, active through the late 1970s and 80s. This 1978 US 12" brings together Stranger Cole and Leroy Sibbles -- both veterans of Jamaican ska and rocksteady -- backed by the Bullwackies All Stars across three cuts of roots and dub. Sibbles is best known as the bassist and vocalist for The Heptones.
