Sugar Minott's "Never Can Say Good" is a UK 12" single on Carousel Records (Cat. CAR 5), featuring an adapted vocal cut on the A-side and a dub instrumental, "Fingers Style," on the flip. Minott was a key figure in roots and dancehall reggae through the late 1970s and 1980s, closely associated with Channel One and Black Roots studios.
