Astro Black is a 1973 album by Sun Ra and his Arkestra, released on Impulse!/ABC Records. Recorded at El Saturn Studio in Chicago in May 1972 and mixed at Westlake Audio in Los Angeles, it was co-produced by Alton Abraham and Ed Michel. The title track runs nearly eleven minutes. One of Sun Ra's few releases on a major distributed label.
