UK jazz-funk 12" from 1980 on Groove Production, a small independent imprint based in London's West End. Written and produced by Chris Palmer, "The Scratch" runs a tight, percussive groove across both sides -- the B-side extending the cut for the dancefloor. First and only pressing on GP 101.
