Recorded over two nights in March 1971 and released that July, At Fillmore East captured the Allman Brothers at their peak as a live band. "Statesboro Blues" covers Blind Willie McTell, "Done Somebody Wrong" covers Elmore James, and "Whipping Post" runs 22 minutes. This is a 2023 reissue on Mercury, pressed in the Netherlands on red splatter wax.
