The Amboy Dukes were a New York soul group active in the 1960s, not to be confused with Ted Nugent's Detroit rock band of the same name. This 1968 UK Polydor single features "Simon Says", produced by Donnie Elbert, the New Orleans-born singer and producer known for his work across soul and R&B. The B-side is "The Marquis". A clean original UK pressing on Polydor 56243.
