Recorded live at New York's Town Hall in February 1966, this Bill Evans Trio set captures the group shortly after the death of Evans's father -- the 13-minute solo improvisation "In Memory Of His Father" is the centrepiece. Produced by Creed Taylor, the original release appeared on Verve. This is the 1986 Verve CD reissue, catalogue 831 271-2, with remastered audio.
