Nice copy

UK jazz-funk 12" from 1981 on the small Disc Empire label, co-produced by Martin Adam and the band. Two original compositions: the driving title track "L.A. 14" and the smoother "Dolphin Ride". Writing credits are split across six members including Kuma Harada and Robert Bailey, pointing to a genuinely collaborative group rather than a frontman project.
