Second album from the Brecker Brothers -- Randy on trumpet, Michael on tenor sax -- released 1977 on Arista. This is the UK pressing (SPARTY 1007), produced by Jack Richardson and recorded at Atlantic Recording Studio, New York. The title track became a foundation for house music after Frankie Knuckles adopted it at the Warehouse. "Squids" and "Tabula Rasa" stretch the jazz-funk the furthest.
