From a beautifully preserved collection. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

Recorded live at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris on 14 October 1960, this French Disques Vogue EP was made in tribute to bassist Oscar Pettiford, who had died weeks earlier. Powell leads the trio through four bop originals and standards including "Sweet And Lovely". An original 1960 mono pressing on Vogue EPL 7942.
