Composed for the Alexander Mackendrick film starring Burt Lancaster and Tony Curtis, the score blends bop and soul-jazz. Side B presents a continuous concerto of themes from the film. Fred Katz, Buddy Collette, and Paul Horn feature in the quintet lineup.
