The Cool Notes were a UK street soul group from Bristol, active through the mid-1980s on their own Abstract Dance imprint. "In Your Car" was their 1985 breakthrough single, reaching the UK top 30. This original UK 12" pressing on Abstract Dance/Priority carries the extended mix alongside re-remix of "You're Never Too Young" and the additional cut "Secrets Of The Night," all self-produced and engineered at the Greenhouse.
