Comments:
Super copy!

Released in the UK on London American — the label that brought so much American rock and roll and pop to British shores — this repress of 'He's A Rebel' keeps the original feel of one of the bigger Philles Records moments from 1962. The song itself has a backstory: Gene Pitney wrote it, and Spector moved fast to get it recorded and out before a competing version could land. That urgency is still in the record. London American pressings have a particular quality that suits the period sound well. The Crystals' He's A Rebel on London American is a great way to own a slice of early 60s pop history.

What's in the box?

  • Your tunes

  • pro-cleaned

  • with a new inner sleeve

  • and a new outer sleeve

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
