French pressing of the Dave Brubeck Quartet's landmark 1959 EP on Fontana, pressed in Holland. Both sides draw from the *Time Out* LP -- "Take Five," written by alto saxophonist Paul Desmond in 5/4 time, became one of the best-selling jazz singles ever recorded. The B-side, "Blue Rondo à la Turk," opens in 9/8. Catalogue number 467 250 TE.
