UK 1st Press. Side A VG+, Side B VG with light noise at times. Still a great listen. Sleeve has edge and ring wear and small patch of damage coloured in black.

Phase III is the third album by the Don Rendell/Ian Carr Quintet, recorded in London in February 1967 and released on Columbia (SX 6214) in 1968. The UK mono pressing features five originals including "Crazy Jane" and "Black Marigolds", with both Rendell's tenor saxophone and Carr's trumpet central to the post-bop arrangements. Michael Garrick, Trevor Tomkins, and Dave Green complete the quintet.
