Night Food is the 1976 studio album by Jamaican harmony trio The Heptones, released on Island Records and produced by Danny Holloway. Led by Leroy Sibbles, the set spans rocksteady, roots, and lovers rock, with standout cuts including "Book Of Rules" and "Fatty Fatty." This is the European CD issue on Mango. Sibbles wrote the bulk of the material throughout their career.
