Night Food is the third album by Jamaican vocal harmony trio The Heptones, released on Island Records in 1976. Produced by Danny Holloway and recorded at Harry J's Studio in Kingston, the album features Leroy Sibbles's songwriting throughout. "Book Of Rules" is among the standout tracks, later reaching wider audiences through numerous reissues and compilations. This is the original UK Island pressing.
