The Heptones were a foundational Jamaican vocal trio whose roots reggae recordings of the 1960s and 70s helped define the genre. "Street Of Gold" is a 1981 single produced by Anthony Graham and released on the Tom Tom label in Jamaica, backed with an instrumental version on the flip. The Heptones' trademark three-part harmony is the draw here.
