Product Review:
US 1961 Mono Original. RVG P ear. Edgewear, ring wear, rubbing.

Midnight Special is a 1961 Blue Note session led by organist Jimmy Smith, recorded in his prime hard bop period alongside Kenny Burrell and Tina Brooks. The title track draws from the traditional American folk and blues standard. This is an original US mono pressing on Blue Note 4078, with white/blue labels -- an early non-deep groove pressing on one of jazz's definitive indie imprints.

Expert, honest grading

Used records and CDs are graded when we catalogue them for sale and again before they are sent out. So they should reach you in the condition you expect.

Every used record and CD pro-cleaned

We clean our used vinyl records using a VPI vacuum cleaner. More expensive records are also cleaned ultrasonically. CDs are cleaned gently by hand.

Re-sleeving

We place each used record in a brand new paper or anti-static audiophile inner sleeve. We then place the record and sleeve (separately) into a brand new outer sleeve. Ready to be enjoyed!
