Early calypso EP from The Merrymakers, released in 1960 on Collector Records (JEP 3005). "Yellow Bird" -- a Caribbean standard of Haitian origin -- leads the A-side. Four cuts across two sides on a solid-centre pressing. A snapshot of how calypso circulated in the UK market at the turn of the 1960s, before ska and rocksteady shifted the landscape.
