US 60s Stereo original in nice condition. Clean labels, a few light surface marks - plays great! Sleeve has writing on rear and evidence of previous tape along edges - not too visible on the front but yellow edges on rear.

Steamin' With The Miles Davis Quintet was recorded in 1956 at Van Gelder Studio, New Jersey, one of four albums Prestige assembled from two marathon sessions before Davis moved to Columbia. The quintet -- Davis, John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers, and Philly Joe Jones -- runs through standards including Surrey With A Fringe On Top and When I Fall In Love. This is a late 1960s Prestige stereo reissue on PRLP 7200.
