From a beautifully preserved collection. Slight age discolouration to the rear sleeve. A majority of records in this collection are in EX to NM condition. We have graded them conservatively here.

The Modern Jazz Quartet -- John Lewis, Milt Jackson, Percy Heath, and Connie Kay -- recorded extensively for Atlantic in the mid-1950s. This Swedish Metronome EP (MEP 319) pairs two standards: the 1931 Arlen/Koehler tune "Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea" and Jerome Kern's "Yesterdays" from 1933. A rare European 7" pressing of MJQ material from the Atlantic catalogue era.
